Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and oversee sales operations across Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales and marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry specially in Cosmetics , personal care , home care products. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development and Implementation:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in Madhya Pradesh.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.

2. Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.

Address customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

4. Market Expansion:

Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand market reach within the state.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and product launches.

5. Sales Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and present regular sales reports, including analysis of sales performance and recommendations for improvement.

Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies.

6. Budget Management:

Manage the sales budget effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximize return on investment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the FMCG or cosmetics industry.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed business decisions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Willingness to travel extensively within Madhya Pradesh.
