Maak onderdeel uit van onze reis terwijl we het perspectief van technische werving herdefiniëren.Als Platform Engineer zul je:Platformdiensten ontwikkelen, inclusief het ontwerpen, implementeren en beheren van diensten die de workflow van een ontwikkelingsteam ondersteunen.

Blauwdrukken en beveiligingsmaatregelen ontwerpen, ontwikkelen, implementeren en beheren voor productteams om producten efficiënt en veilig te ontwikkelen, testen, implementeren en beheren.

Voortdurend platformdiensten verbeteren voor flexibiliteit, schaalbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid, met verbetering van selfservice en automatisering.

De interface met het platform en ontwikkelingsteams verbeteren, taken automatiseren en defecten en incidenten voorkomen via automatisering.

Bijdragen aan kennisontwikkeling door demo's te geven, presentaties bij te wonen, op de hoogte te blijven van marktontwikkelingen en beste praktijken in platformdiensten te delen.

Wat je meebrengt:HBO-werk- en denkniveau.

Minimaal 15 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke rol.

Aantoonbare ervaring met OT- en IT-implementatie van software op een laptopplatform.

Ervaring met tools zoals SMP, Active Directory, Domein en netwerkstructuur.

Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte houding.

Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).

Kennis van treintechnologie is een voordeel.

Teamspeler met een proactieve houding ten opzichte van kennisdeling en ondersteuning van collega's.

Je moet de mogelijkheid hebben om:Diverse edge computing-technologieën integreren en configureren, zoals Kubernetes, Docker en AMQP.

Implementatie van schaalbare, veilige en betrouwbare systemen en toepassingen voor edge computing.

Onderzoek en oplossing van complexe problemen in het edge-systeem.

Ontwerp en implementatie van back-up- en herstelprocedures voor edge-systemen.

Documentatie van technische specificaties en ontwerpbeslissingen.

Werken met containeroplossingen (bijv. K3S), netwerken, observatie & monitoring, CI/CD-tooling, codering & scripting (bijv. Python, Bash, Perl), IT-beveiliging, IT-continuïteit en DevOps.
