What are we looking for?

We are seeking a candidate who possesses a understanding User needs, along with balancing the business requirements to deliver the best experience for Users, and creating impact for the growth of team and organisation. Drive the design initiative by approaching User-centric design methods, and processes. Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring a high standard of design quality.

What will you do?

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, and engineers, to define the implement innovative solutions for user experience, product direction, and visuals. Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. Advocate for the user's perspective throughout the product lifecycle. Stay current with industry trends and competitor products to ensure our products are up-to-date and innovative. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual design across all products and platforms.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Experience with User research methodologies and usability testing Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, and process-driven environment. Familiarity with front-end development and coding principles.
