As a Junior Architect, you will assist in the design and development of architectural projects under the supervision of senior architects and project managers.

This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all phases of the architectural process, from conceptual design to construction documentation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to design discussions, and support project delivery with creative solutions and technical expertise.


Responsibilities:

Design Development:

  • Assist in the development of architectural concepts and schematic designs.
  • Prepare sketches, renderings, and visualizations to communicate design ideas.
  • Contribute to design presentations and client meetings.

Technical Documentation:

  • Participate in the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and material selections.
  • Assist in building code analysis and compliance reviews.
  • Coordinate with consultants and vendors to integrate engineering systems and specifications into architectural plans.

Project Coordination:

  • Support project managers in coordinating project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Assist in reviewing contractor submittals, shop drawings, and construction progress.

Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct research on architectural precedents, building materials, and construction technologies.
  • Analyze site conditions, zoning regulations, and environmental factors to inform design decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture and design.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work collaboratively with architects, designers, engineers, and clients to develop comprehensive design solutions.
  • Communicate effectively through verbal, written, and visual presentations to convey design intent and project requirements.
  • Actively participate in design charrettes, brainstorming sessions, and project meetings.

Quality Assurance:

  • Assist in reviewing project drawings and documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design standards.
  • Conduct onsite inspections and field surveys to verify construction progress and quality of workmanship.
  • Identify and address design issues, conflicts, and discrepancies during the construction phase.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in architectural design and project documentation.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software.
  • Strong design sensibility and visualization skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Portfolio showcasing design projects and technical proficiency.

Salary:
₹8, ₹37,511.53 per month
