Social Media Content Creator/Influencer

If you love creating viral content related to beauty and makeup, we're looking for you.

As our social media representative and influencer, you will be the ambassador of our brand online, creating powerful and engaging content that informs, inspires, and converts potential consumers. You'll have the opportunity to tell stories that move people while contributing meaningfully to the growth of a clean, vegan, no-compromise brand.

Basic Requirements:

· Min. 2 years of social media professional experience

· Have a demonstrated interest in Social Media content creation: videos, reels, and stories

Full Job Description

Skills:

· Ability to create powerful and engaging talking stories and reels for social media, and be the face of the brand

· Ease in front of the camera, and expertise in recording videos on a phone

· Obsessive interest in social media; staying up to date with the latest trends, viral content, popular videos, etc.

· Excellent English communication skills; native-level fluency

· Expertise in using and optimizing different social media platforms, especially Instagram

· Expertise in filming thumb-stopping Instagram videos and stories—deep understanding of what makes a great video—lighting, angles, etc.

· Experience in handling, coordinating and executing influencer marketing activations

· Keen interest in makeup and beauty; well-versed with the latest trends

· Ability to think creatively and strategically—to brainstorm individually, or with the team, and come up with engaging reels and stories that cleverly ride on new trends, while furthering our brand

· Basic video-editing know-how

Responsibilities:

  • Be the face of the brand and create engaging social media reels/stories daily (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create content that talks about the brand, products, brand story, and/or capitalizes on trends smartly
  • Schedule, post, track, and monitor engagement and performance of content, including comments, shares, likes, etc.
  • Reach out to influencers, collaborate with them, and handle end-to-end influencer marketing activations
  • Coordinate with partner agencies for communication and design needs, assist them as required in social media activities
  • Handle enquiries, feedback, other interactions on our social media platforms
  • Constantly research the industry/marketplace, competitors, customer needs/desires, and suggest ways to generate more powerful content
  • Analyze data, and user behavior to improve the performance of content
  • Work effectively and efficiently with the marketing, branding, and sales teams
  • Think on the spot and turn around content quickly, especially topical videos/stories
  • Work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
