Main Purpose: PeacockEngineering s Technical Services team is now looking for anexperienced UI / Front End Developer who is proficient with Angularand ionic framework to join our international team of developersdelivering innovative solutions to our major UKbasedcustomers. Yourprimary focus will be working on new user interface componentswhich are modern secure performant and easy to maintain followingwellknown Angular workflows and recognised bestpractices. You willcoordinate with the rest of our multidisciplined team workingtogether on different layers of the solution architecture. Acommitment to collaborative problem solving sophisticated designand delivering a highquality product isessential.

SpecificResponsibilities: Developing new userfacing features for our clients usingAngular Translating functional requirements(User Stories/Tasks) and wireframes into high quality code withtests Working with architectsdevelopers and QA engineers to ensure that your work is testablemeets industry security standards and is written to deliver goodperformance/scalability.
Perform application and solution development to meet projectrequirements.
Develop and document detailed technical designs to meet businessrequirements.
Manage multiple technical environments and support the developmentand testingprocesses. Identifyareas of customization and optimization and provide solutions thatmeet the businessrequirements.

Skills& Personal Qualities Required: Experience working with the IBM Maximosoftware product within the followingcapacities: B.Tech. in Computer ScienceEngineering or Businessrelated field and/or equivalent workexperience. Thoroughunderstanding of Angular and its coreprinciples Minimum five (5)years of work experience in Angular applicationdevelopment. Strong proficiencyin JavaScript including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript objectmodelExcellent technical knowledge onIonicHandson experience with Ionic v3Framework Angular v5Experience in developinghybrid mobile apps Demonstrable expertise insoftware development in an Agile settingAbility to deliver welltested code consistently in an Agile CI/CDenvironment Experience with JavaScriptTesting frameworks and principles (Jestpreferable) Familiarity with newerspecifications of ECMAScript Should haveworking experience in consuming Web Service and RESTAPI Knowledge of modernauthentication/authorization mechanismsFamiliarity with modern build pipelines and tools (Azure DevOpspreferable) Experience with common frontenddevelopment tools such as Babel Webpack/Parcel NPM/Yarnetc.

Familiarity with Git Good timemanagementskills Great interpersonal and communicationskills Good spoken &written English
