The System Delivery Coordinator is responsible for building and configuring
the benefit schemes for clients using internal/external configurable platforms,
against business requirements. The System Delivery Coordinator will work
closely with the requirements owners (SA/DA/BA), providing support against
internal user acceptance testing and user acceptance testing defects and will
be responsible for improving quality in both the delivery of change and
business as usual activities. Leading best practice adoption and improvement
for the team. Participating in innovation initiatives and drive results on
continuous improvement. Lead training to new configuration team members.
Ongoing Operations
- Expert knowledge of flexible benefit and Health Care domain to support the
- Provide technical expertise and domain knowledge;
- Work with the Senior Business Analyst/Business Analyst to ensure key
- Effective and transparent communication with Ops Manager/Team.
- Good understanding of all standard Procedure Documents
- Able to prioritize and identify change requests and adapt build approach
- Designing solutions and evaluating the risks to the business
- Expert at stakeholder management;
- Handon experience in estimation, risk management, preparing dashboard,
monitor the project.
