Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator.

Order Processing:

  • Receive and process customer purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the availability of products and services for order fulfillment.
  • Track and monitor order status, communicating updates to customers as needed.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide support as needed.

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and sales presentations.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and information are available.
  • Generate sales reports and analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Coordinate with logistics and shipping to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to handle invoicing and payment processing.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate sales data, including customer information, sales records, and leads.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of sales forecasts and targets.

Event Support:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including booth setup, materials preparation, and coordination of sales team participation.

Qualifications

  • Sales Coordination, Customer Service, and Communication skills
  • Sales and Sales Operations experience
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with sales Team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Presentations and CRM software
  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration(BBA/MBA) or related field.
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus.

Salary:
From ₹15,000.00 per month
