Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with extensive experience in Upwork bidding. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing projects through Upwork, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the freelance marketplace. This role involves identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and securing contracts to drive company growth. Freshers can also apply for this position.

Krivy Commerce an Ecommerce Performance Marketing Agency that has its strong roots tied with Marketing Automation. We have helped more than 500+ Businesses over the Span of 4+ years. Krivy Commerce is a Multinational company and has wide spread operations in the Netherlands, India and in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

Upwork Bidding & Proposal Writing:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
  • Craft compelling, tailored proposals that address the client's needs and showcase our expertise.
  • Follow up on proposals and negotiate terms to secure projects.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to refine our bidding strategy.
  • Stay updated with changes in Upwork policies and platform features.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for bid preparation.
  • Ensure smooth handover of projects to the delivery team once contracts are secured.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Track and report on bidding activities, success rates, and project outcomes.
  • Analyze performance data to improve bidding strategies and techniques.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Fresher to 1yr experience can apply for this job.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Upwork and other freelance platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to write persuasive proposals and close deals.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
