Role Summary:

The selected applicant will lead the idea, design, and implementation of visual assets for internal and external clients for integrated cross-channel efforts. This individual will also be responsible for defining design principles, standards, and best practices for online and digital apps while creating visual images for desktop and mobile websites that adhere to brand requirements and strategy. The chosen applicant will interact with employees, customers, and leadership teams to provide digital and print demands.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Print and digital designs that comply with brand requirements and guidelines.
  • Creates sleek and effective website mockups and prototypes for B2C, B2B, eCommerce, and other sectors.
  • Revise pre-existing layouts for print and digital media.
  • Designing and developing internet advertising campaigns, including websites, landing pages, banner adverts, and email campaigns.
  • Prepares design files based on specifications and execution needs for print and digital media
  • Compile and arrange daily duties; capable of working independently and effectively to finish specified assignments.
  • Provide graphic design assistance to all departments and divisions.

What we are searching for:

  • Three or more years of professional expertise in the design of print and digital goods aimed at consumers
  • Passion for branding and expertise in gauging the performance of brands
  • Extensive knowledge of user-centered design methods and techniques
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
  • Design work that has generated commercial and user value is shown in a portfolio.
  • Passion for the craft of functional graphic design and user-centered design principles
  • An ability to craft purposeful and memorable brands
  • A team player with a relentlessly positive outlook and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Mastery of front-end frameworks, native mobile applications, and search engine optimization (SEO).

Must speak and write English well, have a personal computer and dependable internet connectivity. Must have access to the required software applications for the task. It is advantageous to be able to operate in many time zones.
