Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including tidying up common areas, meeting rooms, and workspaces.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Collect and distribute mail, packages, and documents.
  • Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers and configuration of new laptops.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and recordkeeping.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for employees when required.
  • Prepare and modify documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of expense reports and invoices.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking office expenses and maintaining petty cash.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Collaborate with HR department for office and employee requirements.
  • Assist the finance department with basic accounting tasks, such as data entry and invoice processing.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or 12th pass acceptable.
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role is preferred but not required.

Salary:
₹8, ₹41,786.35 per month
