The Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing marketing plans for the organization and our clients. The marketing efforts would include building a B2C brand to attract candidates who are interested in pursuing a Master's degree abroad through online and in-person events. You will play a pivotal role in shaping SEED's and our clients' image and ensuring consistent messaging across various channels.

Execute marketing collaterals (design and copy), liaise with and work alongside the advertising/digital marketing team to maximize the impact of marketing assets, including social media, design, editorial, events and copywriting and execute Marketing strategy across all events.

Job Responsibilities

  • Designing: Create compelling and engaging content (images, videos & gifs) for various platforms, including social media and websites. Create collaterals for SEED IPs & services.
  • Copy: Alongside design, writing copy for the creatives and videos for ads & collaterals.
  • Social Media Management: Manage SEED's presence on social media including planning, developing & analyzing campaigns and crafting & posting compelling content.
  • Digital Marketing: Provide support to digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM and social media advertising.
  • Marketing Communications: Develop and implement a strategic marketing communications plan aligned with the company's and client University's objectives.
  • Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all communication materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform communication strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Canva expert - For creating static images and video edits
  • Bachelor's in Management Studies/ Mass Media/ Business Administration with specialization in Marketing. Master's degree will be a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinking skills
  • Self- Initiator/Proactive
