Executing Hydraulic Component New Product Introduction (NPI) programs associated with new sealing solutions, skillfully analyze customer product performance challenges, and develop new technologies in a highly collaborative environment with the global sealing partners.
Leverage technical, commercial and project leadership skills to drive sealing.Design control responsibility for hydraulic sealing products across the enterprise; accountable for meeting customer expectations for product cost, quality, and delivery (for example)Contribute to multiple New Product Introduction (NPI) development projects, New Technology Integration (NTI) projects, and product cost/quality improvement projects.
Collaborate with supplier representatives, global/regional purchasing, and manufacturing facility teams to support the product velocity, quality & cost targets, conduct supplier process audits, evaluate sourcing, and complete PPAP/APQP process validation tasks.
Troubleshoot field failures, conduct analysis of warranty claims, and factory issues.Complete parts analysis and technical reports as needed.
Mentor and train global teams on hydraulic sealing products, applications, and solutions.
Adapts documents and presentations for the intended audience.
Troubleshooting Technical Problems:
Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, detect and resolve technical problems in a manufacturing environment.
Communicates reporting requirements; creates monitoring and control mechanisms.QualificationsProject Management:
Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
Education- Bachelor's degree or higher in accredited Engineering fieldExperience 10+ years of industry experience.
