Network Management:

Endpoint Management:

IT Support and Helpdesk:
Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving IT-related issues and inquiries in a timely mannerDocument support activities, solutions, and resolutions in the IT ticketing system

Backup and Disaster Recovery:
Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect critical data and ensure business continuityConduct regular backup tests and recovery drills to validate the effectiveness of the recovery process

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)3 years of experience in IT engineering, system administration, or related rolesProficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows and Linux operating systemsStrong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNsExperience with virtualization technologies such particularly Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware vSphereFamiliarity with cloud computing platforms, such as Azure, Racskpace, AWS and GCPExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issuesEffective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersRelevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), CCNA, ITIL, IBM, MCDST, BICSI are a plusScripting experience with languages such as; powershell, Bash, Python etcExperience with IAC (infrastructure as code) methodologies utilizing tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Docker etcExperience working in a complex environment with a mixture of technology stacks, project and service desk workExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English
