Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Founder to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Lead investor relations efforts, including preparing presentations, financial reports, and communication materials for investors and stakeholders.

Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders to communicate the company's strategic direction and performance.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities, partnerships, and growth strategies.

Oversee the development of business plans, financial forecasts, and budgeting processes to support long-term strategic goals.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute business initiatives, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Serve as a trusted advisor to the Founder on key business decisions, providing strategic insights and recommendations.

Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Founder, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience in investor relations, financial analysis, and business planning.

Strategic mindset with a track record of driving results and achieving business objectives.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders concurrently.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
