Responsibilities:
- Convert leads enrolled students by providing detailed information about our courses, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, admissions, or customer service roles, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with leads, students, teachers, and placement team members.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish relationships with prospective students and industry professionals.
- A proactive and resultsdriven approach to lead generation and conversion.
- Familiarity with software testing concepts and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of our training programs.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other software tools to track and manage student information and interactions.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including WhatsApp marketing, is a plus.
