Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the marketing teams of each establishment to understand their branding guidelines, target audience, and campaign objectives.

Create and present design concepts, mock-ups, and prototypes to stakeholders and obtain feedback for further improvement.


Ensure that all designs align with the respective brand identities, maintaining consistency and reflecting the unique qualities of each establishment.


Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the quality and impact of designs.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure the production of high-quality print and digital materials.

Maintain a well-organized digital asset library and design archives for easy retrieval and future reference.


Assist in developing and refining brand guidelines and style guides for each cafe chain and pet spa to maintain a cohesive visual identity.

Conduct regular design quality checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of all marketing materials.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).

Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer.


Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.


A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and an understanding of visual communication principles.

Excellent knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.

Ability to translate branding guidelines and marketing strategies into visually appealing designs that resonate with the target audience.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within designated timelines.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design concepts and collaborate with stakeholders.


Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, incorporating feedback and iterating designs based on constructive criticism.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends to create engaging designs optimized for various online channels.
