  • 15 (Experience)

Salary Range11k to 13 k for fresher.

Salary Range 14k to 22k for Experienced.

Responsibilities:

  • Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the nursing plan of care based on individual patient needs, lifestyle, gender and cultural background.
  • Prioritizes client's needs and delegates aspects of nursing care to the other nursing personnel within his/ her scope of professional responsibility.
  • Prioritizes work schedule to meet the needs of the patient.
  • Initiates prompt nursing intervention based on changes in the patient's condition.
  • Maintains and demonstrates clinical competence in all aspects of patient care including those with complex needs.
  • Ensures the involvement of patient, family /significant others in the patients care.
  • Maintains patient's privacy and confidentiality of information /records at all times.
  • Utilizes supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensures continuity of care by maintaining accurate and concise documentation.
  • Anticipates, recognizes and manages emergencies and unsafe situations / practices and initiates appropriate and timely interventions.
  • Acts as preceptor for new nursing staff.
  • Ensures accurate billing information is recorded.
  • Performs any other job assigned by the incharge nurse as per exigencies of work.
  • Participates in Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives, inservice education programs and unit meetings.
  • Actively participates in patient and family education activities.
  • Actively works to ensure a customer satisfaction oriented environment at all times.
  • Enhances the working environment through effective teamwork and mutual respect of others.
  • Report for schedule shift on time and in correct attire.
  • Respects and support patient's rights and promotes positive customer and peer relations.
  • Ensures a safe working environment at all times.
  • Exhibit behavior which reflects a commitment to the mission and vision of CMS.
  • Complies with the hospital policies and procedures.

KPIs:

  • Ensuring correct patient receives thecorrect procedure on the correct site (Ratio of any deviation to the total numberof patients under her care)
  • Step down transfer out of patients under her care to wards/rooms (No of patients transferred out to step down units/total no. of patients under her care)
  • Successful discharges of patients under her care from the unit (No of patients Discharged/total no. of patients under her care
  • Readmission of patients under her care within 72 hrs of discharge (No. of patients readmitted within 72hrs of discharge/Total no. of discharges from the unit)
  • Mortality of patients under her care (No. of patients who die before the discharge/Total number of patients under her care)
  • Wrong medication (number is incidences)
  • Patient falls (number is incidences, injuries to patients)
