Role - Accounts Executive

Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years

Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial transactions: Record, verify, and process financial transactions such as invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain financial records: Keep track of all financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare financial reports: Generate financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis.
  • Perform financial analysis: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to assist in decisionmaking and strategic planning.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting: Collaborate with the finance team to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the organization.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable: Monitor outstanding payments, follow up with clients or vendors for timely payments, and manage the payment process.
  • Reconcile accounts: Conduct periodic reconciliations of bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders: Collaborate with colleagues from various departments, auditors, and tax consultants to ensure compliance and resolve financial queries.
  • Assist in audits: Prepare necessary documentation, provide support during internal and external audits, and address any auditrelated findings.
  • Stay updated with financial regulations: Stay informed about accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Assisting Sr. Accountant for daily tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in accounting or finance roles is usually preferred, particularly in handling financial transactions, bookkeeping, and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of accounting software: Proficiency in using accounting software such as TALLY is a must.
  • Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail is essential to accurately record financial transactions and maintain precise financial records.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and interpret financial reports to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Communication skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and present financial information clearly.
  • Time management: Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Integrity and confidentiality: High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.

Job Types:

Salary:
Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
