The What :


As the Executive (Content and Social Media), you will have the freedom to experiment with highly creative ideas, both in terms of textual and visual content, for all our social media handles, e-mails/newsletters, blogs, PR, landing pages, ads, and everything else under the sun.


Although we aren't sure what an 'ideal' candidate would like, we love individuals with a passion for content creation, social media marketing, and creative thinking.

Content is King. So we take this role pretty seriously.

You should not only be proficient in utilizing various content creation and distribution tools, but should also have a knack for strategizing and executing content marketing strategies.

It's great if you possess strong design skills as well that would help you showcase your thoughts. The major idea is to engage our audience, elevate our brand and help in generating MQLs.

Saras AI is the world's 1st AI-only higher studies institute based in the United States.

We are building the most student centric higher education institution on the planet, offering degrees solely in AI for students and working professionals.

Our founding team consists of industry experts from the US and India. We aspire to make AI accessible to everyone, with a touch of humanity.

The How :

  • It is pretty difficult to sketch out what a normal day may look like for a creative person more often than not, it would not be normal.
But here are a few things we would like you to delve into:

  • Strategise and execute a cohesive content marketing strategy in tandem with the aspirations and vision of Saras AI's SOUL Framework
  • Develop creative and engaging content for various platforms including social media, website, email campaigns, blogs, and more.
  • Utilize content creation and distribution tools to maximize reach and engagement contributing to conversions. Some good weapons to have in your armory include, but not limited to SEMRush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp/SendGrid, Canva/Photoshop, CMS platforms (WordPress types), Google Suite (Analytics, Studio and Office Suite), etc.
  • Find outofthebox solutions to tame the distribution challenge content distribution is a tougher nut to crack.
  • Manage social media accounts and execute social media marketing campaigns both organic and inorganic
  • Design compelling visuals and graphics using design tools. May not be an expert at this, but definitely handson
  • Be passionate about AI, and EduTech. Yes we like nerds and geeks and sorts of eccentricity. This involves staying updated on industry trends and best practices in content creation, social media marketing, and design.
  • Unafraid to experiment with new AI tools for content creation and marketing. This was expected. We are an AI institute afterall
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing campaigns this mostly involves a group of chilled out folks from product, marketing and academics
  • Explore partnerships and collaborations with other creators and influencers in the domain
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaign effectiveness.
  • Most importantly, Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish

What's Good to Have :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field. Nonetheless, a degree is definitely not an absolute prerequisite. We are fine with streetsmart folks with the real world skills to do what it takes.
  • 13 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or related roles would be good.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is sacrosanct
  • Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Remember, you are your own boss.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to fight a war at multiple fronts and emerge victorious.
