Software Lead - Project Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee software development projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting project goals
  • Collaborate with diverse teams, including developers, QA engineers, designers, and stakeholders
  • Define project scope, objectives, and create comprehensive project plans
  • Identify and address project risks, implementing necessary strategies
  • Track project progress, milestones, and update stakeholders on project status
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies
  • Effectively manage and allocate project resources
  • Evaluate project outcomes and introduce enhancements to processes
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • More than 10 years of software development experience
  • Proficient in software development life cycle
  • Extensive experience in C# .NET Development for over 10 years
  • Ability to work with Angular 7+
  • Hands-on experience in database design and strong SQL skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools
  • Experience in architecture design
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in Mumbai, India, willing to travel to places like Saudi Arabia for extended periods
