ABOUT THE ROLE

Role and Responsibilities

Lead solution architecture for Business Intelligence use cases, including designing, modifying, and testing technical architecture. Design reports based on wireframes/mockups and collaborate across multiple functions and geographies towards aligned goals. Guide and train junior team members in technical and functional aspects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering to production go-live. Continuously research current and emerging technologies, propose changes as needed, and collaborate with stakeholders through effective communication. Provide out-of-box solutions for complex problems, document objectives clearly, and adhere to good email etiquettes. Work effectively within a global team, demonstrating analytic, creative, and self-motivated qualities.

Essential Skills and experience

6 to 10 years of experience in Power BI development with strong ETL knowledge and hands-on experience in report design. Proficiency in Databases, DM schemas, SQL, and gathering/documenting requirements for Data Requirements. Full life cycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a strong service focus. Engaging, friendly personality, collaborative, flexible, and a team player. Expert knowledge in Power BI tool with effective visualization skills and experience in connecting data to the business. Ability to manage end-to-end projects, conceptualize and design solutions against requirements. Familiarity with Big Data Applications, Cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.), and strong Excel and PowerPoint experience. Strong project management skills, analytical expertise, and data management skills. Strong customer service focus, and the ability to work effectively within a global team environment.
