  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly SAP reports
  • Perform data analysis for improvement and presentation
  • Track spare parts usage and coordinate with Procurement for purchases
  • Ensure adherence to safety guidelines
  • Monitor team performance and organize training sessions
  • Achieve assigned KPIs, KRAs, goals, and targets

Job Criteria:

  • Experience: 6-8 Years
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 4 Years
  • Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering

Skill Set:

  • Proficiency in Preventative Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Stringer (ATW) or Laser Cutting Machines
  • Knowledge of PLC programming with Solar Module Manufacturing background

Preferred Experience: Maintenance experience in a 3 GW plant.
