Key Objective of the Job:
Experienced in roles as Network Admin, Data Center Management.
Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate network.
Analyze system functions and failures to isolate and define problem areas.

Install and integrate new network hardware (switches, routers, firewalls, AP's Controllers, CCTV, PA System, IP Telephony, AV System) and applications.

Support and administer daily routine service desk tickets/requests. Resolve problems reported by end user
Ensure network security and connectivity.
Monitor network performance (availability (SLA), utilization, throughput and latency) and identify improvement areas, for enhancing overall efficiencies
Maintain contracts, vendors and monitor Datacenter.
Adhere network policies, procedures & maintain documentation.
Specify network requirements and design solutions based on business requirements.

IT Security:
Ensure security across networking infrastructure & take actions on Penetration tests & findings on endpoints.
Windows & Linux Server Administration nice to have.
Maintain AD, Radius, DNS, DHCP & NTP servers.

Major Deliverables :


Perform diagnostic analysis of the network system, identify possible faulty devices, troubleshoot faulty modules, troubleshoot network problems and outages and prepare necessary documentation detailing actions taken.

Provide on-site and telephonic technical services necessary to ensure the continuing operation and optimization of the network.
Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching.
Excellent knowledge of best practices & tools around management, control, and monitoring of network infrastructure
Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN's, remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired.
Ability to set up and configure network hardware.
Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies

Attributes required:
Good at communication, presentation and leadership skills
Negotiation skills with ability to interact with people at various levels in the organization and outside.
Team player
Adept at multi-tasking and cross functional coordination
Proficient in MS Office (specially Excel, presentation, and word) is a must.
Analytical, problem solver and proactive self-learner.

Educational Qualification:
BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Computer Science or similar relevant field
Cisco, CCNA / NP/SA certification (Added advantage)

Desired Experience:
Experience as Network Admin, Datacenter Admin with 5 to 10 Years of Experience.
