ROLE SUMMARYThe Digital Manufacturing (DM) Team's mission is to simplify processes and experiences to drive Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) outcomes.

DM is responsible for the digital transformation of all processes across shop floor, quality control, quality assurance, engineering, environment, health, and safety operations.

Our programs are led by user experience and design thinking to understand the journeys that our PGS customers are working through daily.

DM leads a focus on innovative technology implementation across PGS sites including a digital lean production system, sensors, Industrial Internet of Things, wearables, Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality solutions.

DM drives efficiencies in end-to-end operations by embedding predictive and prescriptive insights from artificial intelligence into our manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional applications.

The Quality Control (QC) Solutions team within Digital Manufacturing is responsible for the core solutions within the Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) Quality Control area.

The solution teams work on enhancing & maintaining the technical capabilities of the QC solutions to allow global quality and site quality control teams to effectively manage, monitor and optimize operations.

The Sr.

Associate, Solution Analyst will work as part of the Analytical Solutions agile team to maintain and enhance the Empower Chromatography Data and NuGenesis Laboratory Management solutions.

The colleague will be highly self-motivated, eager to explore new technologies, and is effective when working in a team environment.

A strong aptitude towards self-development and growth is highly desired.

While experience with the mentioned solutions is desirable the successful candidate will build on a sound basis of IT knowledge and practical experience paired with awareness of the requirements for working in a regulated environment and the willingness to become an expert in the Empower and NuGenesis applications' technical and business processes.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESThe Sr Associate, Analytical Solutions Technical Analyst responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Work as a team member maintaining and enhancing vendor solutions used in Pfizer GMP laboratories worldwideWorking as part of a scrum team & demonstrate agile ways of working.

Work with the product owner & technical manager, to maintain a product backlog for the solution to effectively manage the technical work required to enhance & maintain the solution.

Collaborate & set expectations with business team to define and estimate sizing of user stories, enablers & defectsCollaborate with other solution teams within Pfizer Digital Quality to align processes and implement process improvementsCollaborate with architecture and supporting teams to ensure the solutions are implemented & subsequently maintained on up-to-date infrastructureEnsure work tasks are completed on schedule to a high quality standard & within configuration guidelines.

Ensure solutions are maintained in a compliant state in accordance to Pfizer policy and GMP regulations.

Provide L4 technical support & deployment hypercare supportBASIC QUALIFICATIONSEducation:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline.3+ years of relevant experienceGood written and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to colleaguesExperience in all stages of system and application lifecycle from value analysis, business case development, solution deployment through value realization.

Experience of modern software engineering, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, documentation and releasing.

Understanding of 21 CFR Part 11 and GMP regulationsAbility to work with global teams across multiple concurrent activities and successfully adapt to changing priorities as required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with Agile (SAFe preferred).Experience with Waters Empower and NuGenesis productsScript programming using Windows command line, VBS, Powershell for automating software installation and maintenanceExperience writing and using database SQL queriesProgramming experience in a higher programming language including the use of Microsoft Object modelsExperience utilizing Toad with OracleExperience using Git and DevSecOps toolchainsPHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to manage many parallel objectives and changing priorities.

Working with various stakeholders from multiple groups.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTSJob will require working with global teams and applications.

Flexible working schedule will be needed on occasion to accommodate planned agile sprint planning and system releases as well as unplanned/on-call support.

Potential travel required for critical project work up to 10% of timeORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPSReports to Digital Quality, QC Solutions Analytical Solutions LeadWork in collaboration with other Digital & Technology groups within and outside Digital Manufacturing on definition, design, technical build, deployment, embed & optimization of the solutions.
