We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to:
  • Analyze business requirements for applications within the team and implement new features
  • Assist in building innovative solutions using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Oracle, etc.
  • Collaborate using Agile methodologies and tools including GitLab, Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Support business users by troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing software and databases.
  • Integrate software components and third-party programs
  • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and collaboration skills by working closely with development, testing, and implementation teams for regulatory and business improvement programs

As a team, we deliver AI-based solutions on a big data platform, collaborating closely with peers from the business-led data science team and other engineering teams.

Your expertise
  • Degree inputer Science (Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred)
  • 7-10 years of hands-on design and development experience in relevant technologies (Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Hibernate, etc.)
  • Proficient in coding with Java, Spring Boot, and other Java-based frameworks
  • Experience in microservices architecture
  • Practical knowledge of Oracle (PL/SQL) and Postman
  • Familiarity with MS Azure
  • Skills in JavaScript or Shell scripting
  • Understanding of NICE Actimize products (RCM, ActOne)
  • Familiarity with Agile, Test-Driven Development, and DevOps practices (GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, Salt Stack, Ansible, Docker)
  • Effective communications skills with senior management and teams
  • Background in IB or Finance domain with finance principles knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Collaborative approach to problem solving and sensitivity towards diversity
