Requirements:

  • The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the SMART Labs initiative and ensuring successful project delivery. The key focus of the initiative is to automate the various employee interfacing tools and elevate the employee engagement experience, while also providing endtoend visibility of the various processes to senior leadership at SLI.
  • Maintenance of SMART

Labs Projects:
Addressing employee feedback, fixing bugs, and improving functionality time to time.

  • Building technical and project roadmap aligned with SAP strategy and technology stack.
  • Completing development tasks with minimum schedule variance and required quality and security standards.
  • Managing the development efforts involved in the various projects currently operational and future projects.
  • Coordinating and working with multiple teams and business stakeholders for project planning and execution.
  • Driving initiatives of business cadence, including agenda development, managing logistics, and capturing key takeaways and next steps.
  • Coordinating with the Chief Architect, the UX leads, and the various project leads for ensuring a seamless development process.
  • Aligning on the One Unified app approach and guiding teams to be compliant with that vision.
  • Handling other requirements as per Smart Labs project needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with required quality standards.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities.
