  • Ensuring completion of jobs aligns with client expectations and industry benchmarks while meeting deadlines
  • Effectively distributing work among team members to fulfill client requirements promptly
  • Emphasizing accuracy and a right-first-time approach to minimize rework
  • Proficiency in utilizing Relativity and other document review platforms, including advanced search functionalities
  • Supporting team members, particularly those new to document review, to enhance their efficiency
  • Undertaking additional tasks or responsibilities as needed

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Availability for overtime work, including weekends and evenings
  • Capability to thrive under pressure and adhere to tight schedules
  • Strong multitasking abilities and effective task prioritization based on urgency

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Law (LL.B)
  • Knowledge of eDiscovery and Document Review Projects
  • At least 3 years of experience in eDiscovery
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Prior experience with Relativity is mandatory; holding a Relativity certification is advantageous
