We are currently looking for a
Supply Chain and Logistics Manager
to join us in

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement Supply Chain Planning and Logistics processes and systems for necessary controls and reporting of results, variances and recommendations to the leadership teamDrive the ABC category segmentation and plan for network expansion, when needed basis the current data and future requirementsPrepare overall budget for the supply chain operations through reviews of individual sub-function budgets – Planning and warehouse & logisticsMonitor adherence to supply chain budgets; Take necessary corrective actions as required to ensure compliance to the approved budgetsDrive cost efficiencies in the supply chain operations through implementation of best in class practices in the function that drive cost optimization in functional operationsReview and oversee policies and procedures for material management to support smooth flow of materials in Wavin & efficient dealing with external/internal agencies for material receipt, storage and supplyLead S&OP meetings with cross functional teams to address challenges and drive timely decision making to minimize supply side disruptions & demand side inconsistency as much as possibleEnsure seamless functioning between Sales and Operations functions through the function, and creates value by optimizing production and mix planProvide guidance to team for demand and supply planning processes in coordination with other functions servicing market demand effectively while ensuring optimum inventory levels, distribution costs as well as capacity utilizationEnsure vendor performances (transportation vendors) are in line with standards defined as per SLAs; take necessary actions in case of deviationsTrack key metrics such as On time in full, Lost Sales from Short Supply, Forecast Accuracy, Logistics/ Warehouse cost etc.

Review inventory levels (material / non-material / spares) across units and plan to take corrective steps in cases of deviations from the planEnsure adherence to safety, health and environment norms to reduce accidents and incidents in plantsDrive performance orientation through regular monitoring, review of performance parameters and providing feedbackContribute towards development of talent for the department by providing subordinates with adequate exposure and growth opportunities to enable readiness for higher roles; Drive overall employee engagement and motivation.


RequirementsAcademic Level:
Masters Degree in Supply Chain ManagementLanguage(s) and level of proficiency: English & HindiKnowledge/Experience: Fifteen (15) plus years professional experience
