Adobe Design is seeking for User Experience Designer who is a storyteller with a strong visual design background

What you'll do:

Approach problems holistically. Work with product design leaders to help define how creatives work.

This includes bring together user requirements, generating design options and presenting those options to craft and product partners at different stages in the process.

Be forward-thinking.

You will be working to model problems with customer journey maps, while simultaneously crafting and iterating against those needs and behaviors.

Velocity and iteration are core to your being.
Be flexible. Be ready to work on projects across various platforms of mobile (android+ios), web & desktop.
Be a story teller. Have a strong point of view & be able to articulate & communicate ideas clearly to partners.

Bring in your style of presenting with exciting story telling.

Imbue emotional intelligence.

Uncover opportunities to decrease friction and enable new pathways by talking to and listening to users about their frustrations and goals.

Get results.

As a designer with experience, you will work closely with product leadership, multi-functional leads, and handle design to meet/go above and beyond.

Collaborate like mad. Identify alignments and opportunities for optimized end-to-end experiences across

Workflows, channels, devices, and segments. Partner with the teams across geos to drive product experiences.

Drive designs from concept to launch. In addition to design skills, you also have some development know-how to help you implement your designs. You are confident steering a project from the earliest conceptualisation phases all the way through final delivery.

What you'll need:

An eagerness to learn, above all things
degree in HCI or design related field, with an emphasis on user experience, interaction design, or Visual design.
Familiarity with Apple's human interface design guidelines, Android design and other mobile platform designs, including Google's material design.
Strong written / verbal communication and presentation skills
HTML, CSS, and front-end JavaScript (e.g. jQuery) skills is a bonus
Skilled in Adobe products such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Xd, After Effects or similar tools.
