About the Role: AtkinsRéalis is currently seeking a Design Manager to Principal Engineer specializing in Geotechnical engineering to join our team in Bangalore, India. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of Geotechnical Engineers, delivering top-notch design services to our clients.

How You Will Contribute to the Team:

  • Senior geotechnical engineer with strong technical and project management skills.
  • Academic background in Civil engineering with advanced degrees in relevant subjects.
  • Experience in supervising project teams and working in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, technical, and communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen in negotiating and managing projects successfully.
  • Proficiency in report writing, innovation, and sustainability.
  • Willingness to travel for assignments both locally and internationally.

What You Will Contribute:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Advanced degrees with significant experience in geotechnical engineering.
  • Professional Engineer certification from specific regions.
  • 10-18 years of relevant design experience.
  • Strong background in Transportation and Infrastructure projects.
  • Skills in problem-solving, design analysis, and software proficiency.
  • Experience in digital and sustainable solutions.
  • Ability to work in diverse environments and travel overseas.
  • Proficient in English within a business setting.
