Job Description:

Tech Aventure Infosolution LLP, a reputable software development firm, is in search of an engaged and lively Telecaller with outstanding communication skills in Malayalam and English. The ideal candidate will manage incoming calls, provide details about our services, and create leads through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Incoming Calls:
    • Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally.
    • Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
  • Lead Generation:
    • Identify potential leads through telephone interactions.
    • Gather and record customer details for follow-up and further communication.
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Maintain a positive and courteous demeanor during all customer interactions.
    • Address customer queries and concerns effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping:
    • Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the company's database.
    • Update information as necessary to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and share information.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of processes and strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated with the company's products, services, and any changes in policies or procedures.
    • Suggest improvements to enhance customer interaction and lead generation processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both Malayalam and English.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and focused.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and telephone systems.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.
