  • Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure project goals are met.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and maintainability.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for projects, APIs, and processes.

Skills:

  • 35 years of professional experience in Python Django web development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and Django framework.
  • Knowledge of database systems, including SQL and ORM libraries.
  • Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in leading or managing a team of developers.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
