The ServiceNow developer position is part of the Identity and Access Management Tribe (IAM), which aims to ensure appropriate access for individuals to systems at the right time.

As a ServiceNow developer in our team, you'll collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Business Analysts, and Test Automation squad. Your responsibilities will include application development, catalog designing, and integrating with SailPoint IdentityIQ. Leverage your engineering skills to revolutionize our approach to delivering top-notch customer experiences efficiently and swiftly. Bring a imaginative, customer-centric perspective to the role.

About You

To excel in this role, ideally you'll have:

  • 2-3 years of application development experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and ReactJS.
  • Expertise in HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Knowledge of REST web services.
  • Familiarity with Glide.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow concepts such as Business Rules, UI Scripts, and more.
  • Experience in Agile Delivery.
  • Capability to collaborate using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong communication and analytical abilities.

Good to have:

  • Experience in Identity and Access Management, particularly with SailPoint IdentityIQ.

What Your Day Will Include

  • Ongoing maintenance tasks related to non-production instance cloning.
  • Testing and verification for ServiceNow upgrades.
  • Providing non-production access for IAM teams and resolving access issues.
  • Executing configurations on non-production instances.
  • Documentation for easy consumption by Product Owners and PI Planning.
  • Requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Technical and Business Verification Testing.
  • Communication with business stakeholders.
  • Advice on upcoming requirements.
  • Creating Knowledge Articles.
  • Continuous improvement of development experience.
