Skill Sets Required:
- Looking for minimum 3+ years of experience in working on DES Models.
- Scripting experience / expertise expected to be able to quickly transform complex manufacturing logic into the simulation model.
- Experience running experimenter for Monte Carlo simulations and other parametric experiments and extract necessary data from each experiment.
- Experience in automation of DES Models with respect to data inputs and data collections.
- Able to handle crisp Video Recording from Simulation models for leadership presentations.
- Good Communication & Keynote / PowerPoint skills
Work Description:
- Work on analyzing manual and automation lines for Apple Manufacturing.
- Analyze line parameters like Throughput, LeadTime, Fixture Qty, Cycletime
- Identify bottlenecks and experiment on parameters to evaluate changes in line KPI.
- Support different teams inside Apple with simulation model requests and be provide direction on process improvement through simulation modeling
