In this role, you will:
  • Participate in the partnership with the Portfolio team on all aspects of business transaction process
  • Perform financial analysis, prepare Trend Cards, calculate financial covenants, and prepare financing memorandum within Secured Lending Underwriting
  • Review basic issues, policies, or procedures where answers can quickly be obtained related to low to medium risk and deliverables.
  • Receive direction from Secured Lending PM supervisor and exercise independent judgement while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Secured Lending Underwriting experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:
  • Experience in Secured Lending Underwriting, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • MBA Finance/ CA
