Roles andResponsibilities:
.Mechanical design packaging system design equipment layout designknowledge.
. Strong knowledge onStructural material properties and their performance consideringoffshore & Onshoreapplication.
. Responsibilitiesincludes creating design layouts and concepts for the structuralcomponents to meet design and manufacturingrequirements.
. Ability to workindependently and can collaborate with cross functional teams toimplement various improvement / changes /suggestions.
. Should applypractical design considerations and utilize technical knowledge toachieve design objectives relative to manufacturability costquality and durability.
.Continuously challenges selfskills in functional area and stayscurrent with industry developments in one s field ofexpertise.
. Become part of theproduct team and form close working relationships by understandingthe whole system function and presenting solutions and designdirection to the design community in an insightful and timelymanner.
. Work with team toprioritize work and drive system solution by clearly articulatingbusinessneeds.

RequirementsAminimum of 3 years of experience in designing structural componentsrelated to Turbo machinery products including Enclosures Baseframes Ancillary components and validate them to meet the specificrequirement. This role provides engineering support for new productdevelopment and operational optimization as required to maximizetheir availability andreliability.
. Bachelor sEngineering degree in Mechanical with minimum of 3 years ofrelevant experience in Turbomachinery / Oil and Gas Industries.
. Hands on experience ofpreparing general arrangement & overall equipment layout in2D as well as 3D.
. Expert onAutoCAD Software.
. Hands onexperience of creating 3D assemblies/Models/Drawings (CREO is ourpreferred tool).
. Ability tohandle Large Assembly and detailing/drafting thesame.
. Read and interpret theP&ID is an addedadvantage.
. Experience to handleengineering changes in product life cycle. (Preferably inWindchill).
. Exposure to workwith standards like EN/DIN/ISO/ASME or other European/Americanstandards.
. Basic knowledge inGeometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing(GD&T).
. Strongcommunication presentation and documentationskills.
. Expertise in system& process knowledge in O&G and Power generationindustry.
