Job Description:

  • Collaborate with software developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines for software delivery.
  • Build and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to provision and configure cloud resources.
  • Implement and manage containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and scaling microservices-based applications.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability using monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
  • Implement security best practices and compliance requirements in DevOps processes and infrastructure, including secure code scanning, vulnerability management, and access controls.
  • Automate routine tasks and workflows using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development teams to streamline the release management process, including code reviews, testing, and deployment automation.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and incident response activities to address production issues and minimize downtime.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices in DevOps and cloud computing, and recommend innovative solutions to improve development and operations workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or related field.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure as code.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) are preferred but not required.
