Job Description :A Senior Consultant is a professional who actively participates in project implementation, upgrades, and support, whether remotely or onsite. The main focus revolves around ABAP development objects and collaborating with remote teams. Moreover, the consultant will work closely with the Project Manager to oversee project tracking and execution.Responsibilities :
  • Understand the organization's values and vision, aligning activities accordingly
  • Safeguard intellectual property
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather or provide necessary data
  • Establish development guidelines and methodologies
  • Support onsite consulting teams and coordinate with remote development units
  • Take part in practice initiatives, fostering innovation and knowledge sharing
  • Develop Technical Specifications, code, review, create Unit Test Cases, and conduct technical research for optimal solutions
  • Modify ABAP code for various purposes
  • Optimize custom programs for efficiency
  • Update Technical Documentation as needed
  • Test objects during system initiatives
  • Maintain documentation for knowledge sharing
  • Provide timely bug fixes and address reported issues
  • Assist with queries on various technical aspects
  • Collaborate with Functional teams to address operational and quality issues
  • Make proposals for ABAP redesign for performance enhancement
  • Evaluate SAP OSS notes for relevance to operations
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge in ABAP technologies
  • Support business implementations by sharing development expertise
  • Work closely with SAP Functional Specialists to troubleshoot and enhance functionality
