Location: Ludhiana (Work FromOffice)

Responsibilities:

• Manage debt portfolios for Home Loans and LoanAgainst Property implementing recovery strategies and riskmanagement.
• Oversee field collection agenciesand telecalling teams dedicated to HL and LAP accounts.
• Ensure legal compliance in debt collection practices forHome Loans and LAP.
• Handle customer issueescalations related to HL and LAP debt recovery.
• Develop and manage relationships with outsourcedcollection agencies specialized in HL and LAP.

SkillsRequired:

• Proventrack record in achieving collection targets for Home Loans andLoan Against Property.
• Strong understanding ofHL and LAP products including risk assessment and recoverystrategies.
• Excellent team management andcommunication skills within the context of debtcollection.

KeyCompetencies:

• Analytical skills for optimizing collection strategies inHL and LAP portfolios.
