HCM Pillar is an established team of over 250 consultants specializing in Oracle HCM Cloud - Fusion services. We are known for our expertise and trusted by customers to provide effective solutions for their implementation challenges. With offices in GSE Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida, Pune, and Chennai, we are on a growth trajectory and looking to expand our team.

We are currently seeking Fusion HCM Functional Consultants with 4+ years of experience for various locations across PAN INDIA including Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Gandhinagar, Kerala, and Trivandrum.



Mandatory Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules
  • Should have at least 2 Implementation Experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant
  • Strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, focusing on business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design
  • End-to-end implementation experience in modules such as Time and Labor, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, Absences, Securities, Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, and Learning
  • Proficient in writing Fast Formulas
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation
