  • We are looking for a Product Owner to: have the overall responsibility for the strategy, roadmap and OKRs (Objective and Key results) as Product Owner of the CDC Enabling Architecture
  • Data Sourcing and Distribution in our agile pod of Client Service Data crew deeply understand the needs of our business counterparts, act as their voice within the Pod and prioritize epics and user stories in the backlog accordingly to achieve business goals
- be overall responsible for creating impactful change to our clients through the delivery of seamless end - to-end experience for our clients while ensuring the high quality and compliance of the product with risk and security policies
- mitigate impediments to the team's goals, align across pods and with crew leads and act as your pod's ambassadors towards internal stakeholders and client
- motivate and energize pod members and contribute to their growth and well-being
- define the set of necessary competencies in the pod, in cooperation with the crew leads and chapter leads and provide regular feedback to ensure high performance

Your team

  • You'll be joining our Crew Client Service Data in India. As part of the "Be a client" stream our vision is to provide the local and global grouping of clients and their products to fulfill all the needs of any UBS Division to accelerate, digitize and add value to their business processes.
  • The Product CDC Enabling Architecture is a data hub for processing and distributing local/xdivisional/xlocational client aggregation views and the integration interface for external CRMrelated data.

Your expertise
- working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership (such as performing product owner role in a scrum team)
- driving actively your strategy to place the CDC Enabling Architecture as central data hub for processing and distributing local/x-divisional/x-locational client aggregation views
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
- timely escalation and prioritization as well as excellent organizational and coordination skills
- financial management and risk awareness

  • Client Relationship Management Systems product knowhow and handson experience in the area COBOL, Mainframe, DB2, SQL, MFT and MQ is a strong plus
