Job Description:


Achieving SLA/KPI's by - Reconciling stores Tender A/c with credits received in Tesco bank accounts from issuers/3rd party service providers.


  • Ensuring all differences are investigated & resolved to minimize tender losses.
  • Maintaining regular communication with Store colleagues; 3rd party service provider; banks & other Finance teams on operational aspects.
  • Promptly resolve queries from Store Colleagues on tender losses & Cash in Transit (CIT)
  • Generate automation opportunities to simplify operations; improve First Time Right; reduce compliance effort
  • Providing support to Lead; Manager to analyze and generate insights for reducing tender losses
  • Support Internal; Group & adhoc audit requests for data
  • Building in depth understanding of Tesco processes & business priorities
  • Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
  • Having fun; contributing to making C2C a happy place to work

Qualifications:

  • Basic MS-Office
  • Excel, Power Point, Outlook Mails
  • Eye to detail
  • Stakeholder management
  • Written & oral communication with stakeholders


 Preferred qualification
  • Graduate in Commerce
