Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled and imaginative Brand Identity Graphic Designer to join our expanding team. In this position, you will play a vital role in shaping and preserving our client's brand identity across various points of contact. Your main task will involve crafting a unified visual language that effectively conveys our brand's message and resonates with our desired audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to grasp brand objectives and target demographics.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to spot design trends and industry standards.
  • Create and uphold the brand identity framework, encompassing logos, color schemes, typography, and brand directives.
  • Design diverse brand elements, such as logos, business collateral, promotional items, social media visuals, and web components.
  • Maintain brand uniformity across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Stay abreast of the latest design trends and software developments.
  • Deliver design concepts and modifications effectively to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer specializing in branding.
  • Robust portfolio demonstrating a proven knack for creating visually captivating and brand-aligned designs.
  • Thorough understanding of design fundamentals, color psychology, and typography.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously and meet project deadlines.
  • An enthusiasm for branding and insight into how design influences brand perception.
