  • Resolution of complex and escalated problems - Ensure resolution of escalated problems,Analysis and recommendation for preventive/corrective actions
  • Adaptation of new product/technologies - Enhancing skill on new product and technologies,Support to multivendor / multi-technology solution designing
  • Cross-functional team work - Co-ordination with planning, engineering, NOC and field teams for identifying the root cause and solution, Working with OEMs to establish RCA and corrective actions
  • Knowledge Sharing - Imparting knowledge sharing
  • Processes development - Review of Standard operating procedures in fault management
  • MOP creation and validation for Optics
