Form work Chargehand is responsible for supervision of daily form work activities

  • Instructing carpenters & other work men for Formwork shuttering and coordinating for timely completion
  • Supervision of safe removing of formwork material after the completion of work.
  • Monitoring the form work fixing, making and process to avoid or reduce the wastage of material
  • Supervision of formwork erection and staging for timely completion and safety.
- dismantling, and assembly.

  • Instructing the work men and assigning the daily programme to execute.
  • Managing the available resources by allocating to the work fronts based on requirement.
  • Coordinating with Safety & Quality, Plant & Machinery other service departments to smooth running of work at the assigned or designated locations.
  • Resolving the issues related to work and instructing with labor for execution of work.
