Summary
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing the Sales Leadership with day-to-day support. The job holder will perform a
variety of clerical and administrative activities to support the sales leadership team and is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of information, supporting leadership messaging, and following up with existing and prospective clients.
Shift: Monday - Friday: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM
Essential Duties + Responsibilities
Provide general support to managers/sales/production. Maintain customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates. Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly/quarterly reports. Prepare sales presentation kits and other marketing material. Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents using spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software. Research client-specific information. Distribute scheduled surveys and collect responses. Administer standard vendor forms & questionnaires. Execute annual client account reviews. Support in the user onboarding process for new sales team members and sales enablement tools. Support in administration and troubleshooting of sales tools and technologies, Understanding of HubSpot CRM or similar CRM experience, user roles, and privileges. Support in providing training and best practices for tools and workflows, process efficiency, and automation. Creation and maintenance of sales procedures and documentation. Revision, control, and governance of sales processes and data. Creation, distribution, and overview of sales analytics and BI. Execute a variety of additional clerical & administrative duties that support the sales team. Other duties as may be reasonably requestedEducation, Experience + Skills
College degree preferred. 1+ years of experience working in revenue operations, customer service, sales, or as an Executive Assistant. Willingness to learn about the B2B industry and an interest in sales and localization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Microsoft Outlook is a must. Knowledge of sales technology, including CRM (like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and tools (like ZoomInfo, SalesNavigator, Chorus, Gong, etc.) preferred. Energetic self-starter who takes initiative and a creative approach to problem-solving. Good analytical skills and procedural thinking. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Effective time management and organization skills.
