  • Address customer complaints and resolve vision-related issues.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of optical instruments, and the ability to work autonomously.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Optometry.
  • Responsible for refraction counseling and the sale of optical products such as Spectacle Frames, Lenses, Contact Lenses.
  • Manage overall store operations alongside team members.
  • Possess strong communication, interpersonal skills, sales acumen, leadership qualities.
