Position: Human Resources (HR) Coordinator/Analyst

Job Role:

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of managing HR functions, with a key focus on the evaluation, recruitment, and selection processes for educators. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the school attracts, retains, and nurtures high-caliber teachers dedicated to delivering top-tier education to students.


Responsibilities:

Teachers' Hiring & Selection:
  • Develop and implement teacher assessment frameworks and processes to evaluate teaching effectiveness and student outcomes.
  • Drive teacher recruitment from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate schedules.
  • Facilitate teacher assessments and demonstrations.
  • Conduct reference checks and credential verifications.
  • Coordinate new teacher orientations and onboarding processes.


Performance Management:
  • Implement performance appraisal systems for teachers.
  • Collaborate on recognition programs and incentives.

Professional Development:
  • Identify professional development needs based on evaluations.
  • Coordinate workshops and seminars for skill enhancement.
  • Monitor participation and evaluate impact.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:
  • Ensure adherence to regulations, policies, and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of credentials and certifications.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to performance.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
  • Use insights to inform decision-making processes.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in HR roles within the education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of assessment practices and management systems.
  • Proficient in relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and proficiency in HRIS software.
