Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous, and professional assistance. Understand customer concerns, requirements, and service needs regarding their twowheeler vehicles.
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments based on customer preferences and the availability of service technicians.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify and document customer concerns and service requirements.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs or maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor the progress of each service job and keep customers informed about the status.
  • Address any issues or delays promptly, and make necessary adjustments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Salary:
₹9, ₹20,000.00 per month
